Solar Heating Controller

Our Solar Heating Controller is designed to automatically regulate the temperature of your swimming pool by controlling the flow of water through your solar panels.

Once the unit is installed and your ideal temperature set, the Controller unit will automatically open and close a solenoid bypass valve depending on whether the water coming out of your solar panels is warmer or colder than your pool temperature.

Remote SMS Monitoring

One Over Zero provides a solution which allows equipment, which could break down at any time, to notify the operator or repair crew when the machine stops working.

Our monitoring unit is connected to your machines. When equipment signals an alarm condition a notification is sent directly from that machine to the operator or repair crews' cell phone via SMS. Email and web reports can also be integrated.

Reliability Centered Maintenance

As part of SA Steelworks ISO:9001 compliance we are working with them to develop their ISO workflow procedures and utilizing a web based interface for maintenance job tracking.

The software is being developed with extensive on site consultations with the Maintenance Planner and all departments, such as Production, Engineering project office, Fitters and Turners, Boiler shop and Quality Assurance. For ease of access

Aerosens

Aerosens Flight Centre is a work-in-progress, now in the beta stage of development. It is being actively developed by One Over Zero and in partnership with Information Logistics.

Hardware on board aircraft collects positional and attitudinal information and relays that data to the ground where flight analysis software assists competition judges in scoring a pilots flight. The data is made available to pilots for post-flight debrief and self-critiquing.
